Hello, my name is Sue Cousins, and I am the Catering Manager at St. James' School. I have worked in the School kitchens for nearly 17 years so I am a familiar face to everyone. My staff and I ensure that St. James' offers a wide variety of healthy eating options and I hope that the students and parents will be happy with the new healthier menus that include:

- A main traditional hot meal of the day
- Jacket potato with various fillings
- A vast range of cooked meat and salads
- Fridays only Grimsby Fish and Chips!
