Bursaries, Discounts, Loyalty Schemes and Payment of Fees

Loyalty Schemes

A Voucher scheme is now in place and will apply to all pupils who go through Year 6, this took effect from September 2006. They will qualify for a Voucher for £350 for each completed term, which is only redeemable against the costs of fees in Year 7.

In addition, we are introducing a loyalty bonus that will generate 1% discount for each year that pupils spend in the Prep Department. This is redeemable against all fees charged in the Senior Department. This scheme will start for pupils entering Reception, with effect from September 2006. This bonus will replace the above voucher scheme in 2012.

The loyalty schemes apply to fees net of bursaries and sibling discounts.

A restricted number of Bursaries and Scholarships are available in certain cases.  Sibling discounts are also offered to brothers and sisters from Year 1 to Year 13.  The Headteacher will be pleased to provide you with more details.

Payment of Fees

Fees are due in full on or before the first day of Term.  If the fees are not received by this date, a Late Payment Fee of £15 per week or part thereof per pupil will be charged.

Monthly instalment facilities are available through Holmwoods Termtime Collections, enabling you to spread the cost of the fees over 4 months each term.  Please contact the School with any further questions.

Fees are reviewed annually.
